The message on the government website says that the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia and the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of Belarus, together with the telecom operators of both countries, have been instructed to cancel fees for incoming roaming calls on the territory of the Union State from April 1, 2022.
