July 2022 Free Transport Cards For Excellent Student (TCS) - Tambov Edition
NIDO Russia will be throwing the spotlight on Tambov city & region for the TCS pilot project this month.
Tambov, is a city within a region of the same name in Central Russia, at the confluence of the Tsna and Studenets Rivers, about 418 kilometers south-southeast of Moscow with a population of about 280,161 people.
NIDO Russia wants to take care of subsidizing to the tune of 700 rubles for the bus and metro cards for July 2022 of all Tambov students who have an excellent GPA for the last 2 years or who graduated from preparatory faculty or any other faculty this year with first class or excellent GPA.
