4. The head of the Ministry of Digital Development listed the conditions for a preferential mortgage for IT specialists - age from 22 years old, salary from 150 thousand rubles. The department is working on the adoption of the third package of measures to support IT companies "in an accelerated mode."
5. The Ministry of Digital Development proposes to give preferential mortgages at 5% to IT specialists from 22 to 40 years old with an income of 200 thousand rubles a month in million-plus cities and 150 thousand rubles in the regions, Maksut Shadayev, head of the department, said at a meeting of the government and business representatives. It is planned to reach 50,000 people over the course of three years.
6. All integrators who implement Russian software, but do not own it, will be able to count on IT benefits. The Ministry of Digital Transformation also made a preliminary agreement with the Ministry of Finance to remove the restriction on the number of employees in companies - previously there should have been at least seven.
7. The draft resolution on the deferment from the army to IT specialists is already under consideration by the government, Shadayev said. It will be received by employees of companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, with a specialized or closely related education in IT specialties. It is planned that employees of banks, media, budgetary organizations will also receive a deferment.
8. In 2022, the Ministry of Digital Development plans to allocate grants for companies worth 20 billion rubles to replace foreign programs. The maximum grant amount will increase to 500 million rubles - for the development and implementation of the product. Credit co-financing will return to the norm of 80% by 20% for 2022 instead of the previous one - 50% by 50%.
