The network of grocery supermarkets "Perekryostok" spoke about an unpleasant innovation that many customers have already experienced. The changes relate to the loyalty program, and the innovation will affect all users without exception.
As told in the supermarket chain, in the near future in retail outlets located in many regions of the country, citizens will not be able to fully use the loyalty program of the network. Experts call this measure temporary and are now working to ensure that all problems are fixed.
“Now, for technical reasons, part of the functionality of the loyalty program has been suspended. We make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience," the network said.
The network added that coupons also cannot be issued yet.
In particular, for example, in the Perekrestok mobile application, users can no longer receive bonus points for evaluating goods.
