RuTube users will be able to log in through Gosuslugi, in which case they will be able to publish videos without prior moderation, Anton Gorelkin, deputy head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, said.
The user will need to log into his account on RuTube and link it to the "State Services" through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA) in the settings. After that, the video can be posted on the platform immediately, without pre-moderation. However, the site can check them later for compliance with the rules. Such an innovation will start working “from day to day,” Gorelkin said.
